When it was revealed that Duke Semans Mansion seller Tamir Sapir made a direct deal with billionaire Carlos Slim on the $44 million sale, we knew there'd be some retaliation from Sapir's broker, and here we go! Brown Harris Stevens (whose townhouse specialist Paula Del Nunzio was repping the property) is suing Sapir and others over getting squeezed out of an $880,000 commission.
