When Jonathan Miller calls an article the most accurate look at the post-Lehman housing market and "essential reading," that's good enough for us. So check out Saturday's NYT piece, which begins in this very unTimesian way: "You have to wonder sometimes what they’re smoking over there at the National Association of Realtors." For a more local look at the market, the paper also chatted with Elliman boss Dottie Herman. Sadly, they did not ask her what she's smoking. [NYT]
