Stalled Tribeca Building Comes Back to Life With New Look

New, 10 comments

The arrested development at 240 West Broadway first showed some signs of reanimation in June, after the Vella Group picked up the property from Peter Moore Tribeca. The Tribeca Trib reports that the building is indeed coming back?with a few minor changes. Like a completely different facade (above) and the acquisition of the 1 North Moore Street vanity address. (At least it will no longer be a blight on the suburban landscape.) The building will include a six-story townhouse and six condos, with a 5,200-square-foot power penthouse up town. The developers want to finish construction by late next year. In the meantime, we'll be reliving the funkiness of the earlier gray and green facade on the FLAnk website.
