Billionaire John Catsimatidis's The Andrea has been a slightly forgotten component of the Downtown Brooklyn/Fort Greene rental building boom, but Crain's reports the 95-unit building on Myrtle Avenue is now 100% leased after six months. Catsimatidis plans to build several more apartment building on the 2.3-acre site. Guess the location that Curbed commenters hated so much isn't so bad? [Crain's]
