Brownstoner brings word that a smallish new Williamsburg condo building at 205 North 8th Street called The Bedford has hit the market, with asking prices averaging a robust $800/sqft. It's not the confidence in the Williamsburg market that surprises us, it's that it took this long for a new Williamsburg building to be called The Bedford. How'd we get to The Rialto and Sevenberry before The Bedford got pulled from the hat?
