Er, we meant a condo with a garden. But it's easy to be confused by the photos from 224 West 18th Street #1C, which Devil Wears Prada author Lauren Weisberger and husband Michael Cohen picked up for $2.575 million, the Times reports. The 1,994-square-foot apartment, which has a 30-by-54-foot garden (that's the aerial shot above), was listed for $2.695 million, giving the buyers a 4.5 percent discount. According to the listing, the terrace is the "largest planted private outdoor space on the Chelsea market." The couple moved there from an apartment in The Caledonia, so we're guessing they won't be inviting us over for pizza on that terrace in the near future.
