This week's top dish from Eater NY, Curbed's restaurant, bar, and nightlife blog...

1) Lincoln Center: Eater snuck into a Fashion Week party and got the full reveal of Lincoln, the new incredibly high-end Italian restaurant designed by DiSco Fro at a cost of $20 million. It's underneath Lincoln Center's new sloping lawn, and it's a must-see.

2) NYC: Now here's a Fall Preview we can rally behind: the Top 10 Potential Neighborhood Gamechangers. And for the fancier stuff, here are the big-name debuts to watch.

3) Chelsea/MePa: East Village slice sensation Artichoke is slowly rolling out it's new West 17th Street operation. The full-service restaurant is still a few days out, but the late-night to-go window is open, and nightclub bouncers are already lining up.

4) MePa: Here is a photo of Kanye West standing on top of the bar at the Standard Hotel's Boom Boom Room last night. Just because.
