Hot on the heels on the attempt to create a West End Avenue Historic Megadistrict, 752 West End Avenue aka the Paris (in the heart of Mausoleum Mile) has sold for $72.6 Million. The buyers, Clipper Realty, are taking it off the hands of Westbrook Partners who bought it for $85.8M back in 2007. It's currently configured as a rental and there aren't any plans to change that with a managing partner saying "We are long-term owners. Right now we will keep it as a rental. That is the plan. We think it is a great location, a beautiful building. It was well-maintained by Westbrook and we are going to take it to the next level."
