This week in celebrities and starchitecture, the Post's Jennifer Gould Keil reports that Meg Ryan has found a one-year rental in Jean Nouvel's 40 Mercer for around $25,000/month. The 2,500-square-foot layout is apparently similar to Marc Jacobs' 3BR, 3.5BA upstairs, so we're guessing the place looks something like this.
Meanwhile, recent serial rental hunter Kelsey Grammer has moved away from the starchitecture to something a little more classic. The Post reports he was last seen looking at a $12.24 million apartment at the Apthorp, which we knew was just about due for its next celebrity sighting.
