Northside Piers Sequel Gets TCO; The Cammeyer's Profitable Personality Disorder

WILLIAMSBURG?We've been waiting and waiting for some action at the Toll Brothers' Two Northside Piers, the second of the developer's glassy Williamsburg waterfront towers. What's the holdup? The building didn't have a Certificate of Occupancy! But a tipster points out that the 30-story tower just received its TCO on floors 1-15, which include amenity spaces and 150 apartments. We're guessing closings will kick off soon, and we're curious to see what people paid after all the PriceChopper madness at the first Northside Piers building. According to StreetEasy, listings in the building average $887 per square foot. [CurbedWire Inbox]

CHELSEA?How's that rebranding of 650 Sixth Avenue into The Cammeyer working out? OK! Reps have announced that the loft building has passed the 50% sold mark. In the months since the change of identity, 16 contracts have been signed, which probably makes Michael Shvo sad. Prices currently start at $845,000. Web link! [CurbedWire Inbox]
