$34.5 Million Park Millennium Combo Penthouse Up for Grabs

New, 8 comments

Jumping onto the list of New York City's most expensive for-sale properties somewhere in the teens will be the latest penthouse to hit market at the Upper West Side's Park Millennium. IT mogul Gideon Gartner owns the place, which, the Times reports, will be listed for $34.5 million sometime this weekend. It's a 5,000-square-foot three-penthouse combo with 360-degree views, which the broker hopes will justify the whopping increase in price from the $7.9 million Gartner paid for two of the three apartments in 2005. And hey, there are stripes on the floor!
