The auctioning of Rector Square, aka the Battery Park City Hell Building, has been set for Nov. 17. The unsold units in the failed condo conversion will be sold in one big package, and one developer that might be interested is the Related Companies, which took over management after the shit hit the fan. The building could stay rental, or try again at the conversion thing. The existing buyers, those poor souls, are still fighting the building's former developer Yair "Iceman" Levy, in court.
