Matt Damon's Rumored Upper West Side Digs Back on Market

New, 6 comments

Frownies, Matt Damon ended up turning his back on that massive full-floor condo in the Upper West Side's new 535 West End Avenue, as our Photoshop skills so brilliantly portray. And now the six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom, 6,637-square-foot (yowza!) 19th-floor apartment is back on the market, the Post's Jennifer Gould Keil notes in her column today. It doesn't take a Will Hunting to figure out the math: We've got a PriceChop on our hands!

The $20 million whopper in Extell's attempt to recreate 15 Central Park West on West End Avenue has been lowered to $18.9 million, and the new listing is being repped by reality TV's own Gumley Haft Kleier. The listing pics give us a pretty good peek inside the Lucien Lagrange-designed brick and limestone building, including the pool. Have a look:

The 18th floor sold for $17.8 million, and remains the building's biggest sale to date. Here's the staggering floorplan porn on Damon's reject. It may not be good enough for Jason Bourne, but we wouldn't kick it out of bed.
