Ahead of a public meeting next week about 400 McGuinness Boulevard that promises to be a fiery affair, an anti-shelter activist is spreading the word about how some Greenpointers feel about the plan by chalking up the building itself. It's a more DIY opposition than the Chelsea strategy of siccing the Post's newshounds on the shelter's case, but is it any more effective?
