Crane Collapse Neighbor For Sale; Jonathan Miller Wants to Talk

New, 1 comment

TURTLE BAY?Some properties damaged by the March 2008 crane collapse at 303 East 51st Street that killed seven people have bounced back. Others haven't. Like 301 East 50th Street, a six-story, 20-unit building badly damaged in the collapse. A tipster passing by the building noticed a sales banner advertising it as a development site. According to the listing, as of right usage could yield a new 10-story building. [CurbedWire Inbox/Issembert Companies]

THE MILLERVERSE?Between blogging, podcasting, graphing and market reporting, Jonathan Miller probably doesn't have much time for sleeping. And now he'll have even less, because he's trying out a new hobby: Teaching! That's right, the real estate market knowledge that he dispenses to us for free will now be available in info-packed seminars that Miller has sadly decided to call MillerQA instead of JMillz University. The next one, breaking down the third-quarter market data, will be October 7. [MillerQA]
