Six unsold units in Murray Hill's creatively named m127 flew off the auction block in late June, part of a developer bid to avoid foreclosure on the building. Among the sold units?we thought?was #5, which was asking $1.725 million in the condo's early days and went for $1,244,250, with the buyer's premium, at auction. No deed for the sale has yet hit public record, but now we see a fresh listing for the unit, asking $1.55 million. It seems unlikely to be a resale attempt, since it would be only a slim profit for the buyer. Anyone have any intel?
