Let's all just take a minute to welcome Andrew Cuomo into the Governor's office. Today's his first day in office, and for the first time in years he opened the Executive Chambers to the public, making the promise "We believe in open government. We believe this Capitol belongs to the people. To the extent there are things that keep people out, create a feeling of closure or closed in or insularity, they really don't have a place."
