FORT GREENE/CLINTON HILL?Cool new collegiate architecture isn't only reserved for Cooper Union. BED-STUY?We took note of The Sebastian condo last fall, when the six-unit Hancock Street building caught our eye with one heck of an extreme makeover. The apartments were priced at a max of $430,000, and here's an update: Five of the six are taken! The developer has also received the C of O, and closings will kick off shortly. We love a heartwarming tale with a happy ending. Just kidding, we feel nothing inside. [CurbedWire Inbox]
