Brooklyn Law School entered contract to sell its 184 Joralemon Street dorm to BCN Development for $12 million, but now a lawsuit could interfere with the sale. Soho Mews developer United American claims in a court filing that it already had a contract to buy the same building?for only $9.2 million. There's a wrinkle, though: United American Land signed the sales agreement (and sent a $2M deposit), but the law school says it never signed, or even read, the contract.
