Ten years after it was badly damaged on 9/11 and six years after it was first slated for deconstruction, the cursed Deutsche Bank building just south of the World Trade Center is down to two floors. The Lower Manhattan Development Corp. says the 41-story skyscraper will be completely gone next week, and the $300 million dismantling suffered one final delay: the blizzard pushed the tower crane removal process back a bit.
