Turns out New York City really did have more bedbugs in 2010 than in past years! Residential bedbug complaints rose 7 percent in 2010, to 13,472 complaints. And that's probably not including New Yorkers who were ashamed to admit their bedbug problems. One bedbug expert tells the Journal, "Each year it's always a little worse than the year before." So much for that New Year's resolution not to get bedbugs. [WSJ]
