Big Reveal: How Much to Get Lofty With Artwork in Nolita?

And now, the results of this week's PriceSpotter asking price guessing game...

Location: 354 Broome Street #6B
Asking: $1,675,000

One person sniffed out the correct asking price this week, but no one agreed with the brokerbabble's description of the place as a 2BR. Said one commenter, "It's a studio loft with home office. I'd have no issue myself in living in a setup like this but in no way would I ever share an open layout space with another person." That same snag is probably going to hamper some prospective buyers, which explains the roller coaster of recent price tags. The place last sold for $985,000 in 2002 and was asking $1.995 million in late 2008. It dipped to a $1.625 million at its lowest point in late 2009.
