If architect Andre Kikoski can't design a hot dog stand for the Guggenheim Museum, at least he can bring his A-game to his own co-op at 860 United Nations Plaza. The architect's 2BR, 2.5BA place, for which he paid $1.55 million in 2005, is now on the market asking $2.65 million. A fairly modest markup for a place Kikoski renovated himself (and yes, there is a piano). Perhaps for the 1280 Fifth fan looking for something a bit further downtown?
