Big Reveal: Pricing an Almost-New Condo in the East Village

New, 5 comments

And now, the results of this week's PriceSpotter asking price guessing game...

Location: 110 Third Avenue, #4B
Asking: $1,550,000

This condo in a newish Toll Brothers building is indeed asking $1.55 million and is located on the building's fourth floor, as several folks guessed. Its first owners paid $1,338,988 for the apartment in 2007, so they're seeking a relatively small profit. "Problem is," notes one anonymous commenter, "the location is super busy and NYU crazy for a family and this does look like a starter family apt, so probably real value about $1.3mm. I smell a price-chopper." Does this Pspot have an accurate sense of smell? We'll be checking back.
