We're glad we had the chance to peek inside the penthouse at 54 Bond Street while we still could. After some choppage, developer Adam Gordon confirms that the triplex penthouse at the old Bouwerie Lane Theater is officially in contract. (The building's third and fourth floor units recently sold.) The last ask was $14.45 million, after months of rumors of celebrity interest. With no information on who the buyer is, we can only speculate. Maybe four-time visitors Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick decided to pick up the place after their rumored UWS deal fell through?
