Believe it or not, there was a time when Norfolk Street's Switch Building was considered to be the LES's most daring new architecture. Those were the early days of the last real estate boom, when Jessica Alba rumors were exciting, and before glassy wonders like BLUE and Son of Thor opened for business on the same block. But the Switch Building's playful angled facade, designed by nArchitects, still makes it a sight to be seen, and now the first resale in the tiny condo building has popped up on the market. Actually, #4, a 2BR/2BA, 1,427-square-foot unit, was first listed in November for $1.75 million. It briefly vanished, and now the listing is back with a freshly PriceChoped $1.595 million ask. The apartment first sold in 2007 for $1.45 million. So who's ready to make the Switch?
