Believe it or not, there was a time when Norfolk Street's Switch Building was considered to be the LES's most daring new architecture. Those were the early days of the last real estate boom, when Jessica Alba rumors were exciting, and before glassy wonders like BLUE and Son of Thor opened for business on the same block. The apartment first sold in 2007 for $1.45 million. So who's ready to make the Switch?
