The Carroll Gardens Hell Building's claim to fame will, as rumored, be disappearing. The developer told the Carroll Gardens Neighborhood Association last night that the zoning-busting steel tumor atop the 333 Carroll Street building will be coming down, and the building won't need any additions to fit in the planned 37 apartments.
