During Snowpocalypse '10, a pantless Brooklyn Heights man shared with the world his fury over a plow taking out an SUV on his block. Did this lead to more careful plowing around parked cars? Perhaps not, because another amateur videographer has spotted another plow hitting another car...on the same corner as the previous incident.
