Last Unsold Unit Finally Finds a Buyer at Tribeca's Artisan Lofts

New, 1 comment

After three years on the market, there was one unloved unit left at Curbed favorite Artisan Lofts, the confusingly-addressed Tribeca building (its technical location is 157 Chambers Street, but the lobby and address are 143 Reade Street). Surprisingly, that unit in the BKSK Architects project (Tribeca's tallest) was the penthouse, originally listed for $11 million. Last we checked, the 18th-floor spread?with interiors designed, like all of the building's units, by Roman & Williams?was asking $8.995 million. It has finally sold, according to a deed filed this afternoon, for $7,770,262 to a David L. Alexander. Enjoy those views, buddy. We're jealous.
