Just watching some Golden Girls and realized I hadn't heard about Rue's Secret Passage for awhile. Apparently BOND has taken over the listing from Brown Harris and PriceChopped it to $1,995,000. That first picture in the listing is very subtle, don't you think? And no pictures of the Naked Lady Door but a gratuitous sequined closet shot? But the main point here is: how can an apartment with a secret passage behind a spice rack stay on the market for so long. Seriously. Blanche's Sutton Place co-op, secret passage and all, hit the market last summer for $2.25 million shortly after her death. She was a pal and a confidant.
