Let's forget about rent hikes and cleaning bills for the moment and pause to take in this NC-17 scene from Peter Cooper Village, Stuyvesant Town's more upscale enclave between 20th and 23rd Streets. Are we witnessing the return of Haley Joel Osmont to the neighborhood? Our tipster floats the theory:
I woke up this morning to find a mega snow penis in the Peter Cooper Village paddle tennis/bocce ball court. I am not sure if Haley Joel Osment is living in the area, but this was a work of a prodigy. There is little sign of entrance or exit, and the symmetry is outstanding considering it was probably done at night and under the influence--it's like crop circle freaky. Anyway, considering all the problems at PCV/Stuy Town, this provides some levity. I am curious how long this will stay up before Rose Associates figures out the phallic. The good news for any artist is that there is a lovely white blank canvas on the other side of the court.
