Bowlmor just opened its 70,000-square-foot bowling alley in the old New York Times building, but the company is already dragging its landlord to court. Bowlmor accuses billionaire Lev Leviev's Africa Israel of not contributing those promised millions to the build-out of the bowling alley. The landlord is also accused of trying to squeeze more money out of Bowlmor in order to, ruh-roh, "avoid foreclosure and loss of the building." Guess we shouldn't hold our breath waiting on that condo/hotel thing. [Real Deal]
