Think of the Real Estate Connect conference as the industry's Woodstock, but with suits instead of tie-dye and really firm handshakes instead of acid. The 15th annual New York City edition of Real Estate Connect takes over the Marriott Marquis Times Square from January 12-14, and we have three tickets to give away! The event features a diverse mix of sessions and panelists (including brokerage heavyweights Dottie Herman and Diane Ramirez, HGTV's Vern Yip, New York Times media and culture columnist David Carr and our very own boss, Lockhart Steele), and some tickets run up to $1,099 each, so you can thank us later.
What do you have to do to win? Simple! Just impress us with a poem about New York City real estate, whether it's an ode to your apartment, a haiku about the stresses of the market or a limerick about a superbroker.
