Some buyers at Williamsburg's Edge aren't totally sure they want to live there after all. Here's something that might sway them further: the Edge's developer doesn't want to live in Williamsburg, either. The Real Deal reports that developer Jeff Levine is the new owner of 81 Barrow Street. The West Village townhouse was once asking $15.95 million, but Levine paid only $12.75 million for it. It's probably hard to find a buyer leaping to pay full price for a giant aquarium.
