Just after putting 26 listings on the market, Extell has officially announced the start of the sales effort at The Aldyn, the new 40-story condo/rental building in the developer's Riverside South complex of Upper West Side waterfront towers (got all that?). A few days back, the one listing we became instantly obsessed with was #2101, a huge six-bedroom spread with its own private pool, asking $15.9 million. According to an Aldyn press release, there's more where that came from.
The building has two 5,600-square-foot apartments with set-back terraces and private swimming pools, though for now the other listing is still in hiding. As for other vital details, the release says prices start at $775,000 (but a 691-square-foot 1BR is currently on the market for $755k) and the interiors and finishes have been touched by the blisteringly hot hand of Roman & Williams. Oh, and people frickin' love the bowling alley.
