Inside a $6.3 Million 11th-Floor Apartment in Glassy HL23

New, 8 comments

We took a look through the glass at the ninth-floor of the Neil Denari-designed HL23 this past spring. But one look inside the High Line-hugging spaceship will never be enough. Happily, there's a fresh listing online with some pics. Above, a look at the 11th floor of HL23, now on the market for $6.3 million. There's no floorplan, but here's a bit about the layout from the brokerbabble: "This meticulously designed residence, with 10' high ceilings throughout, proudly displays an over 35 foot great room offering column free space, and showcases a marble mantled wood burning fireplace. The interior finishes include oil-finished, custom stained, wide-plank Dinesen solid oak flooring, Aprilaire temperature sensors with remote thermostat, recessed base moldings and Nanz hardware throughout."

Sounds pretty nice! So how are sales going at the starchitected sports car? StreetEasy shows five units in contract and three active listings, ranging from $5.7 million to a PriceUpped $12 million.
