Neighbor Beefs

West Village restaurant Babbo?which serves such delicacies as goose-liver ravioli and lamb's brain?opened in 1998, and the neighbors have finally reached a breaking point. They rant to the Post about the exhaust from limos and cabs idling outside of the Mario Batali restaurant: "“They call for their limos and private cars, and the drivers double-park. They come out and take their sweet time saying goodbye to their friends and whatnot,” said one artist who lives nearby. Nothing like a good rage that's had 13 years to build up! [NYP]
