It's a market report sort of day, and the Journal drops some noteworthy stats on the state of sales in Harlem. A townhouse on Convent Avenue just sold for the over-ask price of $2.3 million. That's in addition to the $2.85 million closing at 105 West 122nd Street, the nabe's priciest townhouse sale since 2007. Harlem apartment sales in the third quarter also hit their highest level since fall 2008. Mazel tov! [WSJ]
