Moscot to Open in Brooklyn; UES Brownstone Wallpapered

1.) Cobble Hill: The J. Crew storefront was a rumor, but now it's confirmed that historic Lower East Side eyewear label Moscot is opening its second outpost on Court Street this fall.

2.) Upper East Side: Fancy wallcovering company Farrow & Ball covered its entire brownstone facade on East 73rd Street in one of its wallpaper patterns.

3.) Central Park: It's unlikely that it will beat the attendance records set by its predecessor, Alexander McQueen's Savage Beauty, but the next Costume Institute exhibition will honor two Italian designers: Elsa Schiaparelli and Miuccia Prada.
