$3.75 Million Minetta Lane Salad House Tries Fresh Photos

New, 13 comments

In the high stakes game of NYC real estate, no on-the-market property is immune from at least a little bit of staging. But sometimes that staging comes late in the game?and sometimes it doesn't do much to beautify a place. Take 16 Minetta Lane, which has been sitting on the market in a flip attempt for some time now. It was previously owned by deceased event designer Robert Isabell, who covered the windows with ivy and brought in a team of Tibetan-born sherpas from Brooklyn to hand-chip the building's basement?not exactly an easy sell. Now, a tipster points out, there are some fresh interior photos on the listing. The ask is $3.75 million, and sadly, that no longer includes Isabell's ivy.
