Tiffany & Co. designers and couple Richard Lambertson and John Truex were featured in this month's Architectural Digest along with their Sutton Place apartment in a pre-war Emery Roth building on East 57th Street. Curbed National turned up a fresh listing for the two-bedroom Sutton Place digs, and we have to wonder, Misters Lambertson and Truex, why the sale? Sniff! The designing duo is asking $1.65 million for the co-op, which they rebooted during a six-month renovation opening and soundproofing walls, raising and widening the doorways, and replacing "meager" cornices and baseboards.
