After years of drama at Williamsburg's 20 Bayard, lender W Financial Fund has finally unloaded its unsold shares at the building. Those shares include 37 vacant apartments, which now belong to a Brooklyn investment firm, Fortis Property Group. (Half of the building went rental after the units failed to sell.)
