Sure to have Hakeem Jeffries blow steam out of his ears, Brownstoner reports that Classon Avenue condo The Prospect has sold all of its 24 units. The prices ranged from $299,000 all the way up to $1,109,892 for a 2,694 square foot unit that came with a parking spot. That was below asking, but certainly nothing to sneeze at considering the neighborhood. So, we guess that spike in sales for Brooklyn is for real, huh? It'll be interesting to see the demographics of the people shelling out $1M+ for a slice of architectural banality smack dab in still-gentrifying Brooklyn. Families, we presume?
