We're really digging the balcony built in this work/live loft at 106 Duane Street in Tribeca. It actually looks pretty practical, and it doesn't seem to be causing the space to be too claustrophobic with low ceiling height. Sure, it might look a little sterile but we presume that's because of the "work" part of live/work. And because real estate before and afters are always fun, check out the (small) listing photos of the place before the renovation. It sold for $2,000,000 back in 2008. Will time and a renovation fit for a Romeo and Juliet rehearsal help it fetch $3,200,000?
