Charles Kushner Unloading New Jersey Manse for

New, 3 comments

New Jersey real estate mogul Charles Kushner is well-known 'round these parts: real estate mogul, owner of the unfortunately-numbered 666 Fifth Avenue, Jewish philanthropist, ex-con sent to jail for shady campaign financing, bad brother who retaliated against his sister by hiring a prostitute for her husband and taping it, father to New York Observer publisher Jared Kushner, and in-law to The Donald by means of Jared's wife Ivanka Trump. Now a piece of this sordid history is on sale in the tony enclave of Livingston, NJ: a 7-bedroom, 7-bath manse for $1,9995,000 with 18 rooms total and a "fluid and open flow" (fluid flow!). What else does the brokerbabble promise? A grand foyer with marble floor; glass central atrium; custom library; sunken family room with stone fireplace; a master suite with built-ins; kitchen with granite countertops; and an enormous basement with another kitchen, rec room, gym, sauna, and dry bar. Scandal doesn't come cheap: the average home in zip code 07039 sells for $868,770.
