Edge Concert Posters; New DoBro Supportive Housing Opens

New, 15 comments

WILLIAMSBURG?Residents of Williamsburg's The Edge were among those who complained about the nearby waterfront concerts?one reason why those concerts are likely getting moved two blocks away, to a vacant lot. DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN?We're going all-Brooklyn with CurbedWire today. It's time to wish a happy ribbon-cutting to The Schermerhorn, a new supportive housing development at 160 Schermerhorn Street, which had its official opening this morning. The building was developed by Common Ground and co-sponsored by The Actors Fund, so it's not surprising that there's also a black box theater and art center in the building. [CurbedWire Inbox]
