The state supreme court rejected barredchitect Robert Scarano's appeal in July?after he was banned from filing construction plans in NYC in March 2010?and now the New York State Court of Appeals has once again handed down a no in response to Scarano's latest motion to appeal. He was done in by a single lamppost in East New York, but it was the last straw in a very large, er, pile of straw. Scarano hasn't yet released a statement on the ruling, so it's unclear exactly what this means for Bobby Scar and the rest of the architects in his office. [Crain's; previously]
