Get out the calendars, folks! We now have a sense of the timeline for Brookfield Properties' mega-renovation of the World Financial Center and its Winter Garden. The first phase of the project will begin next month with the construction of the second-floor dining terrace and the first-floor food market, both to be finished in spring 2013.
