The financially-troubled Chelsea Art Museum sold to the Albanese Development Corp., along with luxury hoteliers Richard Born and Ira Drukier, earlier this year. A condo conversion was briefly a possibility, but it turns out the space has been leased to Hewlett-Packard instead. The Post hears that HP has "special" plans for the building, but no one's sharing details. An expansion seems unlikely, since Albanese and co. are selling most of the available air rights to a neighboring developer. [NYP]
