We sort of saw inside architect Audrey Matlock's Chelsea Modern when it turned all the lights on for a promo shot. But we wanted a closer look?and there was a raffle!?so we headed over to the building last night for the unveiling of two newly-decorated model units, Penthouse 12A and Gallery Duplex Loft 2, staged by Teresa Hill Designs. Above, intern William Weber's photographic dispatch direct from the West Chelsea Starchitecture District. Gallery Duplex 2 is on the market for a reduced price of $2.35 million, and 12A for an also-reduced price of $3.995 million. What we especially liked: the views and outdoor space. Glassitecture sure does show off a sunset nicely.
